We were approached early in the year to help organise a reunion of lifelong friends, coming from overseas and different states of Australia. The aim was for them to spend time together over an experience rather than just another sit down meal.
They chose to learn how to make pasta and sauce from start to finish, culminating in sharing what they made together over lunch and a few glasses of Prosecco. For a class of this size, we were genuinely captivated by the camraderie of the women. It was all smiles and laughter.
Our role was to provide a memorable experience for them, in a relaxed environment where they could all take part without pressure. The result was seen in the wonderful food produced that we all sat down to eat together.
