Equinox BM - A Taste of Italy

If you've travelled to Italy and were lucky enough to be hosted by a family, you will most likely recall what you ate! And how welcomed you were made to feel. This is our custom. As part of the Blue Mountains Equinox Festival, we'll bring our culture and customs to you, providing a range of our traditional southern Italian foods. A taste experience over the course of two hours. Try roast capsicum on bruschetta, gluten-free stuffed zucchini and pesto filled button mushrooms. Mouth watering olive tapenade from our 40 year old trees – and morsels of bocconcini basil and tomato. Just to list a few. Plus Limoncello shots and crispy cannoli filled with comforting ricotta to wrap up a memorable event. Wine and drinks included. Followed by a short cooking demonstration where you will learn tips and tricks on how to easily recreate some of these foods at home. Talk about engaging the senses!
