Social Media and Content Co-Ordinator

Role Summary We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing & Content Co-ordinator to join the FortGroup team working across our three brands SheShed, Trekk Sheds and Aura. This position plays a crucial role in driving the digital marketing strategy and initiatives that support the growth and success of our three brands. As the Marketing and Content Co-ordinator, you will work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute the marketing strategy and are responsible for the development and execution of our organic social media campaigns, managing our social media calendars, EDMs, blog articles and website content. This role is crucial in building brand awareness, driving sales (online and offline), and lead generation while ensuring cohesive and engaging marketing assets. The ideal candidate will have strong content creation skills (written and visual), solid design skills to create high-quality, on-brand creative assets for social media, website content, email marketing, and advertising. Knowledge of creative platforms for ad-design / editing will be an advantage also (Canva, Capcut, Adobe CS or similar). Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Design Develop and execute engaging content for our social media platforms Write high-quality and engaging content across various formats like EDMs, blog posts, articles, videos, infographics, social media posts, ensuring content is relevant and engaging for the target audience Create, maintain and execute our monthly social media content calendar, crafting compelling content that resonates with our audience, including videos, blogs, and customer stories Develop and refine social media strategies to boost engagement and follower growth Design on-brand creative assets for use in advertising, social media, website banners, and EDMs using CapCut, Canva, Adobe Suite, or other design tools Work closely with the team to develop graphics for seasonal promotions, product launches, and special events Develop high-converting ad creatives, including static and video ads tailored to different audience segments Provide graphics and assets for partners such as trusted builders, affiliates, and local business collaborations Campaign Execution & Reporting Work closely with the Head of Marketing to execute the planned monthly campaigns, track and report on campaign performance, including key insights and recommendations for budget allocation Provide recommendations to optimise ongoing and future campaigns Coordinate ad spending budgets across brands to maximise results within allocated resources Landing Page & Website Optimisation (in collaboration with the team) Work with external agencies to create and test high-converting landing pages Ensure paid ad campaigns are supported by optimised website experiences that drive conversions Regularly review content A/B test landing pages and ad creatives to improve engagement and lead generation Marketplace & Social Commerce Support Ensure advertising campaigns align with marketplace integrations (e.g., Meta Commerce, Pinterest Shopping, Amazon, eBay, MyDeal, Harvey Norman Marketplace) Leverage Pinterest and Meta Shops for product visibility and direct conversions Develop ad assets that align with e-commerce and social shopping platforms

Key Skills & Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media coordinator role Strong copy writing skills – writes with clarity and punch Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including social media marketing, content creation, and search engine optimization (SEO) Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) or similar Familiarity with WordPress, WooCommerce, Hubspot Strong communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment across multiple brands Experience in e-commerce, lead generation, or high-ticket product marketing is highly desirable Preferred Skills and Qualifications: Video Creation Blogs & Content Writing Graphic Design- Canva, Adobe Creative Suite Website Updating – Wordpress Email Marketing Social Media SEO Experience About Us Fort Group, a leader in high-quality, European-designed, wooden flatpack cabins, is at the forefront of innovative and stylish, easy-to-assemble space solutions.
