The Wooden Haus is an artists studio in Medlow Bath that is principally a works on paper studio nestled in an inspiring bush land setting. Our aim is to provide professional workshops for the whole community to learn about art. The Wooden Haus incorporates What is it that Artists do? We provide studio based classes and workshops in printmaking, drawing and mixed media. Additionally we also have experience in writing arts industry applications and industry support for artists.
Our studio is the home of Linda Swinfield, Artist and Art Coach who taught at TAFE for 18 years in Newcastle and at The Western Institute and The North Coast Institute of TAFE in Foster. She has recently moved to The Blue Mountains and feels like she has moved home after spending childhood holidays here and travelling to the Blue Mountains to visit family.
