Hand crafted pasta made in the Blue Mountains
I make hand crafted pasta using minimal ingredients – flour and water. No egg and no sugar. It is air dried and stores well in the pantry, making a great alternative to store bought packet pasta. I use age old techniques passed down to me by my mother, who learnt from her mother and grandmother.
Coming from an Italian background, our emphasis has always been family and food! And the joy around sharing a meal together, whether that be to prepare it or eat it. The pasta is made with care and love and best of all, there is zero waste. You will taste the difference.
