I make hand crafted pasta using minimal ingredients – flour and water. No egg and no sugar. It is air dried and stores well in the pantry, making a great alternative to store bought packet pasta.
It is made with care and love and best of all, there is zero waste. You will taste the difference.
Presented in brown paper packaging, these packs are a stylish addition to Gift Hampers or present beautifully on their own.
I also run pasta making classes at Fifth Ave Katoomba Retreat for both adults and children. Participants remark on the quality time spent with a loved one, providing them with a shared experience as they learn something new, creating lasting memories.
They also love the intimate class size allowing everyone to get to know each other, and are made to feel like one of our own Italian family. The bonus is that we love these classes just as much as the participants do!
