Privacy Protection Notice

The personal information that you have provided to Blue Mountains City Council (“Council”) will be managed in accordance with the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW).

‍Purpose of collection: Council is collecting this information to assess your suitability to join the MTNS MADE creative professional network. The intended recipients of your expression of interest are Council employees.

If your membership application is accepted, your name and biography will made publicly available on the MTNS MADE website. Your email address and contact details will also be used by Council employees (such as the liaison officer) to share with other members of the group and to connect you with members of the public.

‍Supply: The supply of information by you is voluntary, however in lodging of an expression of interest with Council you are agreeing and consent to the use and disclosure of your personal information in this manner. Applications will not be considered without this consent.

‍Access and Correction: You may ask for access to the information we hold about you and/or request to amend your personal information by contacting us on (02) 4780 5000 or by email at council@bmcc.nsw.gov.au.
